CASIS has arranged group room rates as follows:
| $115.00 | per room, per night, single or double occupancy with a charge of $20.00 per additional person. (for bookings before July 20th, 2005) |
| $125.00 | per room, per night, single or double occupancy with a charge of $20.00 per additional person. (for bookings from July 21st to October 10th , 2005) |
| $179.00 | per room, per night, single or double occupancy with a charge of $20.00 per additional person. (for bookings from October 11th to October 19th, 2005) |
The above rate is quoted in Canadian funds and is net. Please note the tax structure on top of the room rate is as follows:
- Occupancy Tax - $2.00/room/night
- Federal Tax (GST) - 7%
- Provincial Tax (QST) - 7.5%

Each participant will be responsible for the payment of his/her bill (room charges, incidental charges, taxes).
All rooms reserved are held until 6:00 p.m. on the scheduled arrival date. Should the participants desire to guarantee their reservations for late arrival, a deposit covering the first night charge or a credit card number should be forwarded to the hotel.
Check in and Check out
The regular check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Should rooms be available before that time, they will be offered to participants.
The regular check-out time is 12:00 noon. Requests for late check-outs should be given to the Front Desk the morning of the scheduled departure. Depending on the occupancy of the hotel, a late checkout might be granted (additional charges may apply).
